What the sheet shows about the lines

This sheet prices crew hours, where the older Clark County sheet on the parent page prices each tree. Schedules A and B each have a 24 hour response line and a one hour emergency response line for a three-person crew that includes a certified arborist. The sheet states that the hour begins when the crew steps on site and that no travel time is included, and that the rate includes disposal of debris. The county's approximate yearly quantities are 1,200 hours and 200 hours for pruning, and 600 hours and 200 hours for removal, with 50 inches of stump grinding. Schedule C lists twelve hourly rates for additional services, from foreman and trimmer time to aerial devices, a chipper, a chipper dump truck and herbicide treatment for noxious trees.

The printed schedule totals are US$546,840.00 for A, US$334,722.50 for B and US$104,897.80 for C. They add to the total bid of schedules A, B and C that the sheet prints, US$986,460.30. The sales tax line is 8.5 percent of each sub-total.

The whole sheet as printed

Each total is the unit price times the approximate yearly quantity. Bidder A is the column the sheet labels apparent low bidder. Bidder B, the second column, prints US$0.00 in every unit price and total cell, with Non - Responsive in the first total cell of schedule A. The third column names no firm and prints US$0.00 in every cell, so only Bidder A is tabled here.
