Tree care trade shows and conferences: four events with dates, as the organisers state them

Four tree care events are listed here with the dates, places and programme details their own organiser pages give, plus what the International Society of Arboriculture's continuing education policy says about counting conference hours.

Checked against the sources at the bottom of this page on October 9, 2026. Rules, fees and pay change: the source has the last word.

This page reports what the named organisers say. ArboNation is not a partner of any event listed and does not endorse them. Dates and venues are as each organiser's page stated them when read; the organiser is the place to confirm any change. The full calendar of dated events is on the events page.

What each organiser says about the programme

  • TCI EXPO 26. The show site counts 29 education sessions, 46 trade show floor sessions and demos, and 3 pre-conference workshops. It lists education in Spanish and a reception for holders of the Certified Treecare Safety Professional credential at the 20-year mark. The show is run by the Tree Care Industry Association.
  • Arboriculture Australia, 2027. The organiser's conference page gives the theme as the role of education in the profession and describes a two-day speaker programme with an arboriculture stream alongside a stream for the Utility Arborist Association of Australia.
  • Arboriculture Australia, 2026. The organiser's 2026 page gives the theme as tree biomechanics and canopy management, and holds the event in the past tense with a photo gallery.
  • NZ Arb Conference. The conference site states the dates and venue above in its page description.
  • ISA Annual Conference. The ISA events page lists the Montréal dates above.

Counting hours toward certification

The ISA continuing education policy (document CERPP 015, version 5) sets how hours at an event convert to continuing education units for ISA credential holders. It gives one unit for each hour of session time. It awards no units for an activity with under 30 minutes of instructional time. After the first half unit, units are counted in steps of 0.25. For an activity the holder reports on their own, it asks for an outline of the activity and proof of attendance. The guide to rescue courses by country and the pages on certification show where each is published.

What the pages do not say

The organiser pages read give no ticket prices for the events above in the parts read, so none are reported here. Events held by other bodies, including regional chapter meetings, are outside this page.
